On the night of December 26, the Belgorod region was attacked by drones. Power outages occurred in several localities.
This was reported by RBK-Ukraine citing Russian Telegram channels.
Specifically, the information about the attack was confirmed by the region's governor, Vyacheslav Gladkov. According to him, the drones targeted the Grayvoron district.
He specified that as a result of the dropping of explosive devices, a power line was damaged, which left several localities without electricity.
"Residents of the villages of Gora-Podol, Glotovo, Kozinka, Novostroevka-First, as well as the evacuated localities of Bezymyano and Novostroevka-Second, are temporarily without power," Gladkov reported.
He added that emergency crews will begin restoration work after coordinating with the Russian Ministry of Defense.
Let us remind you that yesterday, December 25, drones attacked the Tambov region. An important defense enterprise of Russia, named the "Michurinsky Plant 'Progress'," was hit.
Additionally, due to the morning attack by UAVs, a fire broke out at the boiler house of LLC "Transnefteprodukt" in the village of Novonikolskoe in the same Tambov region.
