“Hemodialysis is a vital procedure when the kidneys no longer function. Without hemodialysis, a person can survive only a week or two. Completely discontinuing this procedure means death for the patient. Even during combat and war, our Ukrainian doctors perform kidney transplant surgeries. When we were approached with a request to provide the hospital with this equipment, we responded and assisted,” said Valeriy Dubil.
He emphasized that the mission of the "Hope" Charity Foundation is to help doctors save the lives of Ukrainians.
“Therefore, we, along with volunteers, delivered another batch of critical medical supplies to healthcare facilities in the Ivano-Frankivsk region,” Valeriy Dubil reported.
Among the valuable cargo from the volunteers, the hospitals in the region also received: an argon plasma coagulator, wheelchairs, medical consumables, and vitamin complexes from Revival Foundation and Geri Care.
As part of the humanitarian mission, volunteers also provided assistance to the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Ivano-Frankivsk region. The police received equipment for power generation and storage, Starlink, vitamin complexes, and technological backpacks to carry out their tasks.
“I am sincerely grateful to the team of volunteers from 'Hope', as well as to all friends and partners who consistently support the medical sector in Ukraine. Only together, by uniting all efforts, are we a powerful force that cannot be overcome,” he added.
