In Kharkiv, teenagers were detained while attempting to set fire to a transformer substation.
This was reported by the communication department of the National Police of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region, as conveyed by "Dumka".

A criminal case has been initiated under part 2 of Article 194 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Intentional destruction or damage to property). The court has placed them under round-the-clock house arrest. The young men face up to 10 years in prison.
