In Kharkiv, a man under the influence of alcohol attempted to bribe police officers to evade responsibility for violating Article 130 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses.

According to "Dumka," this information was reported by the Patrol Police of the Kharkiv region.

As per the patrol officers, on December 30, around 10 a.m., they stopped a Cherry vehicle for a check.

While communicating with the driver, the officers noticed signs of drug intoxication.

The inspectors suggested that the driver undergo a relevant examination, but the man refused.

When the patrol officers began to prepare administrative materials against the driver, he decided to "fix" the situation with money. The man offered the inspectors a bribe of $200 in exchange for not holding him accountable.

Despite repeated warnings about the criminal liability for offering an unlawful benefit, the man did not respond.

To document the circumstances of the incident, the police called an investigative operational group to the scene.
