Here is yet another one of the 13 deputies of the Kyiv Mayor and head of the KCSA in one person who became embroiled in corruption deals and has since been dismissed. This is a typical scheme for officials in Kyiv, who skillfully negotiate with prosecutors and judges, and continue to manage while accumulating property, land, and cash. This is evidenced by the secretary of the Kyiv City Council, Bondarenko, who was exonerated by the honest Shevchenkivskyi District Court at the prosecutor's request for a fake diploma… "upon the expiration of the statute of limitations," along with deputies of the KCSA such as Povoroznyk and Usov…, who also returned to their positions because, as it turned out, they never accepted bribes.

But I am not talking today about the heroic and incorruptible 13 deputies of Klitschko.

I am referring to the immortal "ROUTE MAFIA" of Kyiv, which the city authorities, along with the numerous law enforcement elite of the capital, are unable to conquer.

So, once again, while traveling in a minibus packed with passengers, I noticed that in addition to justifying the fare of 15 hryvnias, there was also a bright notice attached – PAYMENT ONLY IN CASH. This is probably the realization of the promised status of Kyiv as a European capital 10 years ago?! It turns out that the mayor and his 13 deputies have not been able to decide on the installation of validators in minibuses during their 10 years in power, thus allowing a billion-hryvnia cash turnover in this transport business.

(Experts claim that the cash flow in the minibus business in Kyiv alone amounts to 5-7 billion hryvnias annually).

Current popular articles Ukrainians will be forced to forget about cash: expensive purchases will now be only by card Heating will be worse: Ukrainians should do this as soon as possible Minimum - 500 UAH, or even several thousand: pensioners have a chance to receive extra money What not to do if you are stopped by the TCC: instructions from a lawyer Show more

And what is very strange is that Kyiv officials have spent hundreds of millions of our budgetary hryvnias on foreign business trips over the past 10 years, yet they have not noticed that in European countries, passengers enter through the front door and pay through validators, while the function of control is performed by the freedom of public transport. In Kyiv, however, it was decided that it is better to maintain hundreds of controllers than to implement the well-known global payment model.

Moreover, the capital's officials have been refusing to respond to 8 petitions from Kyiv residents regarding the demand to not stop public transport during air raid alerts for the second year now. For those unfamiliar with the situation, I will explain that in Kyiv, public transport stops during alerts, and only minibuses and taxis continue to operate.

It is interesting to know which officials and law enforcement members are part of the leadership of this unstoppable "route mafia" in Kyiv.

And who, like a certain Ukrainian millionaire who later became an influential politician, made the motto:

“CASH IS KING”?
