The State Emergency Service rescued two individuals from an apartment fire in Kharkiv.

In Kharkiv, three individuals were injured due to a domestic fire.

This was reported by the Main Department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region, as conveyed by "Dumka."

According to the State Emergency Service, yesterday, January 12, at 16:57, firefighters were dispatched to a domestic fire in a high-rise building in the Saltivskyi district of Kharkiv.

In an apartment on the third floor of the nine-story building, household items ignited over an area of 10 square meters. The State Emergency Service extinguished the fire at 19:13.

As a result of the fire, 3 people were injured, of whom 2 were rescued.

"The cause of the ignition was the contact of a low-calorie ignition source with combustible materials," the State Emergency Service reported.
