In the 11 months of 2024, customs officials in Kharkiv identified 62 violations of customs regulations amounting to 25 million UAH.
This information was reported to the publication "Dumka" by the Kharkiv Regional Customs.
According to customs data, the most common types of violations include: concealment of goods from customs control - 27 cases, unlawful reduction of customs payments - 14 cases, violation of processing conditions for goods - 7 cases; non-declaration of goods - 4 cases, initiation of delivery deadlines for goods and vehicles to the designated customs authority - 3 cases.
Additionally, among the violations were instances of lost goods under customs control - 2 cases, violations of deadlines for handling goods placed in duty-free shops in the event of store liquidation, cancellation, or annulment of permits for opening and operating - 2 cases, violations of transit movement deadlines for goods - 2 cases, and obstruction of customs officials in accessing goods under customs control - 1 case.
