In Kharkiv region, a grenade exploded in a man's hands. Details from the rescue team reveal the incident's circumstances.

On January 11, an explosion occurred in the village of Vlasovka, part of the Kegichevsk community in the Berestinsky district.

According to "Dumka," this information was reported by the Main Department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region.

Rescue workers indicated that a hand grenade's fuse likely detonated while a local resident was attempting to disassemble it on his own.

As a result of the explosion, a 44-year-old man sustained injuries to his body and left arm. The injured individual was hospitalized.

All circumstances surrounding the incident are being investigated by law enforcement authorities.
