In Kharkiv, during a fire in the Novobavarsky district, emergency services rescued a person.

This was reported by the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Kharkiv Oblast, as conveyed by "Dumka".

According to the State Emergency Service, on December 1 at 18:36, a domestic fire broke out in an abandoned building in the Novobavarsky district of Kharkiv. The area affected by the fire was 50 square meters.

During the firefighting efforts, firefighters rescued a 67-year-old man from the fire's epicenter, who suffered from carbon monoxide poisoning and was hospitalized.

The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
