Police have brought a Kharkiv woman to administrative responsibility for domestic violence.
According to "Dumka," this information was reported by the communications department of the Main Directorate of the National Police of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region.
As per their information, on November 2, a 75-year-old woman contacted the police, stating that her daughter constantly insults her, threatens her, uses foul language, and humiliates her.
Officers from the domestic violence prevention sector were dispatched to the location.
In relation to the 35-year-old woman, police drafted a protocol for an administrative offense under Article 173-2 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses.
Additionally, the woman was issued an urgent order prohibiting contact with her mother.
Police urge individuals not to ignore instances of domestic violence and to call line 102 for assistance and to hold offenders accountable.
