On November 23, around 10 PM, during a patrol in the Novobavar district of Kharkiv, officers stopped a Daewoo vehicle that showed clear signs of being involved in an accident.
As reported by "Dumka," this information was provided by the Patrol Police of the Kharkiv region.
According to their data, during the conversation, the inspectors noticed signs of alcohol intoxication in the driver. The patrol offered the individual to undergo a breathalyzer test, to which he agreed.
The examination for intoxication was conducted using a Drager device, which recorded a result of 2.71 permille. The driver accepted the result of the examination.
While compiling the administrative materials, the driver began to offer the police officers an unlawful benefit amounting to 100 US dollars. Despite multiple warnings about criminal liability for offering an unlawful benefit, the man did not respond.
To document the events, the police called an investigative operational group to the scene.
The patrol officers removed the driver from operating the vehicle and prepared an administrative report against him under Article 130 (Driving a vehicle while intoxicated) of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses.
